What’s New With CDA This Month?
Scheduling Dashboard - "Show Claims Waiting To Schedule"
The CDA Software Scheduling Dashboard continues to mature as we received more and more positive feedback from our customers. We carefully listen to customers and review all email requests that ask for us to make improvements throughout both our Desktop & Mobile platforms. As always, we are happy to listen and appreciate your input.

Our latest feature that was introduced to the Scheduling Dashboard allows you to click a button, and we'll overlay all the calls on the schedule that are waiting to be scheduled. From there you can click on a Claim and automatically add it to the schedule for that day.

Highlights

  • Select each unique sub-status that you want to appear on the scheduler.
  • Select what color you'd like the pin(s) to appear on the scheduler.
  • Select what sub-status you'd like the selected claim to be assigned to.
  • Quickly identify which claims are best suited for a particular route.

We have created a tutorial video that will walk you through all the steps so you can be up in running with this feature in under 15 minutes.

Scheduling Dashboard - "Show All Unassigned"
As was mentioned above, the CDA Software Scheduling Dashboard continues to mature as we received more and more positive feedback from our customers. We carefully listen to customers and review all email requests that ask for us to make improvements throughout both our Desktop & Mobile platforms. As always, we are happy to listen and appreciate your input.

Our latest feature that was introduced to the Scheduling Dashboard allows you to click a button, and we'll overlay all the calls on the schedule that have a job status as "Unassigned" and are ready to be scheduled. From there you can click on a pinned Claim and automatically have it selected so you can assign it to the appropriate technician, and further assign it a sub-status.

Highlights

  • 1-Click - Show all "Unassigned" jobs.
  • The Claim is selected after you click the pinned job.
  • All Pin overlay jobs are color-coded for AM - Midday - Allday - Evening.
  • Quickly identify Claims that can be assigned to a technician's route, as well as the timeband slot that has been preassigned.

We have created a tutorial video that will walk you through all the steps so you can be up in running with this feature in under 10 minutes.

Change Log
With the release of CDA Software v.10, application updates are automatic, so everyone in your company always has the most current build. We have also added a webpage on our website so you can see what those new updates are. The page is called "Change Log" located under Support.

The Change Log is written in simple English and formatted in bullet points, so you can quickly see new features added and bug fixes.

We have also updated the "Help" menu to include the Change Log website link (called "Release Notes"), as well as other important information related to using CDA. Take a look today; you'll be happy you did so.

To view a quick seven-minute video, use the link below to learn about the Help menu and all the enhanced features we've added.
